From the Stage to Insurance
My path to insurance wasn't exactly traditional. Before insurance, I spent my career in dance, as a professional ballet dancer and the artistic director of a dance studio.
When my family and I moved from Houston to the Flower Mound area in 2020, I took a job managing a local insurance agency. I quickly found that what I loved about teaching dance carried right over: taking something complicated, breaking it into clear steps and helping people feel confident about it. Insurance just happens to involve fewer pirouettes.
Why I Started Trailmark
The agency I managed was a captive agency, which meant I could offer my clients only one insurance company. When that company wasn't the right fit for someone, my hands were tied, and I hated sending people away without a better option.

Outside the Office
I'm married with two young daughters, and my favorite place to be is wherever they are.
I still perform and teach ballet at a local studio. And if you find yourself in Elizabethtown, Kentucky during the holiday season, you might catch me on stage in The Nutcracker, a tradition I've been part of for 17 years.
I'm also a proud University of Oklahoma graduate, so on fall Saturdays you'll almost always find me watching OU football.
